Cook up a storm with these ingredients and savor the flavor. Herbs and spices have a long history for their healing properties as well. They've been around since ancient times. I heart the amazing smell of cinnamon. There are tons of health benefits associated with it.

Some studies have shown that it's an energy booster, helps with menstral cramps, and colds just to name a few. I've cooked with some of these ingredients and I love the smell and taste. Good to know I'm reaping some of the benefits as well. I just hope I don't see another article saying it's bad for your health.
