Take it to the park!!!



I heart this park. It was a nice day to go for a walk. Not too hot, weather is cooling down here. Which is much needed since it's forever hot here. Anyways, I went for a stroll along the parks path. Enjoying the scenery. I've always lived near a park or lived where there was access to a fitness center. I knew I couldn't commit to a gym membership. We all know the saying no pain no gain. Walking for me is definately no pain. It's a great cardio workout and it's FREE. Only thing is it doesn't strengthens the muscles.  No worries, I make up for it by doing yoga those strecthes are no joke. But the more I do it the easier it becomes. My main focus is getting those abs toned. Arrgh!!!
